| We offer fellow timeshare owners consulting service to assist you in renting your timeshare property.
As part of a consulting service, you will receive coaching, content for your written ads, media such as pictures and photos shows, and consulting time every month. Additionally, we can offer you management for your listings at no charge up front -- and only 15% of the total listing price in addition to any listing expenses. Call us for more information! |
| Consulting Services for Timeshare Rentals
1) Personalized “Rental Calculation Guide” – This will allow you to know how much to charge so that maintenance fees are covered. 2) Prepared text for your ads. 3) Your rental ads will be posted in your own Page of the Bianca B Travel Store. A fee of 15% will be charged for any listings that are sold by BIANCA B TRAVEL on your behalf. In addition a fee of $25.00 per property listed will be charged at time of listing. 4) Access to photo shows showcasing the property you are renting.(Created by Bianca B Travel). 5) One hour per month of telephone consultation with Bianca B Travel. (For 12 months). 6) A list of suggestions on where to advertize your timeshare rentals. Consulting Fee: $290.00/year Listing fee per listing: $25.00 Listings sold on your behalf: 15% of listing price plus eBay, PayPal fees, if applicable.
